Le Secret de Lys
One of our favourite cheeses is the Le Secret des Lys in the tiny 80g terracotta pot. Based in Saint-Marcellin, Le Secret des Lys has a silky texture and a similar flavour to ripe Brie, but with a delicate creme frache tang to the finish.
One of the best things about this cheese is you get to keep all the terracotta dishes. The little terracotta pot which Le Secret des Lys comes in can be heated. For a decadent finish to any meal remove from packaging and heat gently in the oven prior to serving with crusty bread and a sparkling white.
