TRIPLE CREAM BRIE
This Brie holds a creamy and delicious centre full of richness. Its delightful and mouth-watering taste comes from extra cream whipped from local milk on the Sunshine Coast. This cheese has added black ash, used to stabilise the brie to give it a very consistent texture throughout the cheese. This is an award-winning cheese that has become one of Woombye’s most popular cheeses.
ABOUT THE CHEESEMAKER
Woombye Cheese Company have a passion for creating beautiful cheese. Founded by Graeme and Karen Paynter in 2013, their range has grown to include a number of multi-award-winning cheeses.
The farm is located in Sunshine Coast hinterland, where there are rolling green hills creeks and bushland. This lush setting makes for happy cows, and happy cows produce the purest milk.
All the milk used to create the cheeses come from small local farms and is collected daily by their local milk supplier, pasteurised and then delivered to their factory in Woombye fresh every day.
Woombye Cheese Company create and produce all their cheese by hand, using traditional methods with care and experience.
