About Us – The Story of Church Mouse Cheese
Church Mouse Cheese began over a simple yet perfect pairing – red wine and cheese. As an Accountant and Business Advisor specialising in inventory systems, I’ve always been passionate about business operations. My husband, a Software Developer with expertise in API integrations, and I wanted to create a sample business to showcase our knowledge of inventory management and specialist business systems. So, why not start a showcase business that is inventory based.
What started as a learning experience quickly transformed into a deep passion. I found myself immersed in the art of cheese, discovering its incredible pairings with wine, gin, whisky, and beer. Hospitality became more than an industry to me – it became a way of life. While I continue to consult and help businesses streamline their systems from startup to exit strategy, Church Mouse Cheese has become my creative outlet, allowing me to indulge in the craft of curating unforgettable tasting experiences.
Beyond cheese and pairings, we offer exquisite catering services, from indulgent backyard picnics to beautifully crafted canapés and full dining experiences.
