Place Orders
After the campaign ends, the group leader submits all orders to us. We’ll swiftly prepare and have your cheese ready for dispatch
Deliver Freshness
We work with you on the best delivery for your fundraising campaign. Pickup from your school or charity is usually the best option
Finalise Success
Orders will finish 1 week prior to delivery day. At this point we raise an invoice to you less our profit made and we begin our delicious assemblies

Our cashback depends on the size of your campaign and ranges between 10-25%. We have seen charities reach in excess of $5,000 per cheese drive depending on the size of the campaign.
How can we promote our fundraiser?
Email newsletters and printed flyers work best. We will send you a design and order form for your marketing. Social Media and local community groups work well
How are funds from cheese sales disbursed?
You’ll have a set period to collect payment from customers before remitting any balance due to us. You keep your % profit in your bank, and pay us the balance due
Is there a minimum order for fundraisers?
Yes, to ensure operational efficiency and maximise your fundraising potential, we have a minimum order threshold that will be discussed and agreed upon before starting your campaign. Don’t let this concern you, as we know everybody starts somewhere with new fundraising initiatives.
How do we store the cheese once it arrives?
Cheese should be distributed to supporters as soon as possible. We can arrange a refrigerated van for collection on the day or we can store in your fridges for collection. If immediate delivery isn’t feasible, you will need to ensure the cheese is refrigerated correctly.
Do we need to cover any shipping costs?
No, we’ve got you covered. Shipping costs are on us, so you can focus on maximising the funds raised for your cause. Of course there are zones outside of the area we are unable to ship to and we can discuss this when we start your campaign
